The government platform myGov (which supports online access to services including the NDIS and Centerlink), is currently experiencing difficulties dealing with the significant number of new users as a result of the recent COVID-19 directives.
The Australian Government is working on expanding capacity which will let more people access the system.
Whilst they complete these important upgrades, there has been some interruption to our access of myplace (NDIA Portal). This is causing minor delays in the maintenance of service bookings and we are working in partnership with the NDIA to minimise disruption to our members.
Our processing of invoices has not been affected with our ‘fast-track’ and standard turnaround times uninterrupted.
