Anglicare offers a wide range of specialist disability programs and services, because we know everyone is different. There is many pathways to living the life you want and we hope to get you there.
Is a program for parents with an intellectual impairment or learning difficulty. The service offers case management to coordinate supports and develop skills to manage life’s challenges.
Is a program of ‘socially inclusive literacy learning.’ This unique program helps people build their literacy skills by working in partnership with others. What people learn is dependent on what type of goals and needs they have for their life goals.
Is a program that supports people with disabilities who are living in share accommodation to achieve their life goals.
Is a program that supports people who need some help at home to get on with living their life. This may include personal care, meal preparation, housework, shopping or skill development.
