DF Exercise Science are a team of Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists working within a purpose build Exercise Physiology Gym/Clinic using evidence based training methods in order to help clients/patients achieve their goals in and out of the gym. They deliver safe and effective exercise programs.
