National Disability Coordination

We will work in your best interests to help you get the most out of your NDIS plan. We'll do our best to make sure your NDIS journey is stress free. We strive to make the complex easy and to help you get the services you need to live a better life.

Support Coordination is an NDIS funded support. It is designed to help NDIS participants make the most of their plans. Once a plan has been approved, participants can get assistance from a Support Coordinator to help them connect with services or mainstream supports. Some NDIS participants have support coordination, some don't. If you feel you need support coordination to help to connect to services, you should speak to the NDIS by calling 1800 800 110 or you can speak with a Local Area Coordinator (LAC).

Navigating the NDIS system can be confusing at times. Support coordinators can help you link with mainstream and funded services and can take the stress out of the whole process. If you currently don't have support coordination, you can ask the NDIS for it to be included in your plan. If you currently have support coordination in your plan but you're not happy with the service you are getting, you can change your support coordinator just as you can change any other service you are receiving.

Always remember that your NDIS plan is for your benefit and you should be able to make the most out of it.
