There are 3 different portion sizes available:
- Standard - is for people who do 0-moderate activity, it's your average portion size
- Large - is for people doing intermediate activity or a large appetite, and our
- Athlete - is for people maybe only having 2 meals a day, so it's quite large or for sharing the meal between two.
You can order anywhere from 5 meals up to 50! We have set packs - 5, 10, 15, 21, 28 or you can build your own with any number in between.
