Phoenix Place Inc. is a registered provider of supports through the NDIS Commission. We specialise in daily living assistance and community access to an array of participants under the NDIS. We listen to your goals, and allow you to have choice and control on how you want your supports delivered by our friendly Support Staff.

We have over 20 years experience servicing the community and are committed to delivering services and activities that respond to the needs and strengths of those who use the services, as well as empowering participants to play an active role in decisions that affect their lives and to make choices for themselves. It's our mission to provide purposeful and meaningful support which is uniquely tailored to inspire people with a disability to lead the life they chose, and to further achieve their personal goals, dreams and ambitions.
