Physiotherapy.

Traditional physiotherapy techniques is at the core of what the PhysioHealth team do. Through initial assessments and ongoing treatment, a plan will be developed to address any acute injuries, ongoing rehabilitation and maintenance. 

Exercise Physiology.

From chronic health conditions, injury rehabilitation, post-natal rehabilitation or cancer, a tailored exercise program with the guidance of an exercise physiologist can help to you to recover from a specific injury and improve overall health.

CanConquer.

CanConquer is the Illawarra’s first education and exercise program for before, during and after cancer treatment.  PhysioHealth and Sports Injury Clinic have designed a 10 week program to help people maximise their chances of recovery and return to their lives as well as possible. This program has been designed in conjunction with the PINC Women’s Cancer Rehabilitation Trust (Physiotherapy), and Cancer Council’s own Life Now program.​ ​The team are certified in Oncology Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology.
