Our clients all have differing needs, base on their unique circumstances, so tailor our services to each client's needs, rather than taking a "cookie-cutter" approach.

The main stages we work through with clients are:

  • Needs assessment - working with the client, their support worker/s and Allied Health provider (usually OT) we seek to understand the client's specific needs
  • Research and solution design - we work out what mix of technology will work best to meet the client's needs and present this back to the client and support team
  • Recommendation/report - Once we are agreed on the solution, provide a report and cost estimate for the Plan Manager (if required)
  • Procure and install - We purchase and setup all of the required tech in the client's home and ensure it is all working together as it should
  • Training and documentation - We train the client (and their support team as required) on how to use the solution we have installed. We also provide a simple (no jargon!) manual the client can refer to to refresh themselves
  • Ongoing support - if required!
