If would prefer to communicate with us in a different language, it’s easy to use the free Leap in! translation service.
Leap in! uses the national Translating and Interpreting Services (TIS) that offers interpreting services in more than 160 languages. And it’s absolutely free.
How to call Leap in! through a translator
If you need to call us and want support from a translator, follow the steps below.
- Call TIS on 131 450.
- When connected, ask them to call Leap in! on 07 3724 0368.
- The call will connect with Leap in! and you can talk to us in your preferred language through the translator. The Leap in! Crew are here to help Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm AEST.
You do not need to pre-register and there is no cost.
