About Eftsure. Keeping your payments safe.
We use Eftsure to confirm provider bank details so invoice payments are secure and accurate. It’s a quick, one-time check that helps prevent payment errors and reduces delays.
What to expect.
- Confirmation email. You will receive an email from Eftsure to confirm your bank account details
- Action required. Follow the link in the email to securely confirm your details
- One‑time process. Once confirmed, your account will be verified for all future payments, unless your bank account details change.
EFTsure is an authorised and approved partner of Leap In!. The email is legitimate and this process has been arranged and overseen by our internal finance team to enhance payment security and accuracy.
Steps to follow.
Open the secure link from your email
Click Get started
Choose one: verify with ABN or verify with no ABN
Enter your first name, last name and job title
Choose how to confirm your bank account:
Online verification (Yodlee): securely connect to your bank and confirm the account to be paid. Please note, you will be directed to securely log in to your bank account. Your password is not stored or shared.
Phone verification: Eftsure will call you within 48 hours to confirm your account details.
6. Follow the prompts to finish.

Your secure Eftsure link will expire after 24 hours

If you don’t get a chance to use it in that time, don’t worry – the verification process will still go ahead. The Eftsure team will give you a call directly to complete it

If they leave you a voicemail, return their call when you can. They’ll guide you through the next steps to finalise your verification

If you chose the Online Verification Tool (Yodlee) option, you’ll be asked to log in to your online banking so your account details can be confirmed. This is a safe and secure process – your login details are not stored or shared at any point.
