How to change to Leap in! plan management.
Changing plan managers is easy! You don’t need to wait for a new plan to make the switch.
When you change plan managers:
- Your NDIS funding stays the same
- Your goals and supports stay the same
- Only the organisation that pays your invoices changes.
You can change plan managers in 3 simple steps.
Step 1. Sign up with Leap in!
- Call the Leap in! Crew on 1300 05 78 78
- Sign up online
- Email your NDIS Plan to [email protected] and we will contact you.
Step 2. Tell the NDIS who you want as your plan manager.
New PACE plans (issued after December 2023).
You will need to ‘endorse’ Leap in! as your plan manager.
- Call the NDIS Contact Centre on 1800 800 110 or
- Talk to your NDIS Planner, Early Childhood Partner or Local Area Coordinator.
Tell them you would like to endorse Leap in! as your plan manager. They may ask for our registration number: 4050030846.

Plans on the older system (issued before December 2023).
If your plan is still on the older NDIS system (sometimes called PRODA):
- Email or call your current plan manager
- Tell them you want to end services and change to Leap in!
- They will release your plan so it can be moved across.
Most plan managers require 15 to 30 days’ notice, but you can always request that this be shortened. It’s a good idea to confirm what the final service date will be.
Step 3. We handle the rest.
Once the NDIS has recorded Leap in! as your plan manager, we:
- Confirm with you when we are managing your plan
- Let your providers know where to send invoices
- Start paying invoices from your plan managed budgets.
