Understanding your NDIS Plan is one thing. Getting supports in place is another.
You might have funding but not know how to use it. Or you might know what you need but struggle to find the right provider.
And finding providers can take time. Waitlists stretch for months. Support workers cancel at the last minute. Allied health providers who look like a good fit online may not be taking on new referrals.
It can be frustrating, especially when you’re working it all out yourself.

There’s no need to explain your funding from scratch. We can see what’s available, talk your budgets through with you and help you understand what each one can be used for.
For some questions, we may ask you to share your NDIS Plan with us so we can give you a complete answer.

We already see thousands of providers.
Providers submit invoices to Leap in! for services delivered to our Members every day. That gives us visibility of a large network already working with people on the NDIS across Australia.
Tell us what you’re looking for.
We’ll help identify providers in your area and share a shortlist for you to consider, so you can choose what works for you.
We can help with:
- Support workers
- Consumables

- Allied health such as occupational therapy, speech therapy or physiotherapy

Have support coordination funding?
If your NDIS Plan includes Support Coordination funding, your support coordinator is your first point of contact for finding and managing your supports.
You can still call us. We can work with your support coordinator to ensure your supports fit together.
