Their trained staff who can accompany you on your trip, whether it be to the store or to the beach we are here to make your every journey as easier as possible.

Personal Care and Domestic Assistance.

The team can help you with your basic hygiene requirements and assist with household tasks.

Therapy Support.

Konnect Care can connect you with a trained therapist who can work with you to give you the mental support you need.

Community Participation.

The friendly and supportive team will provide you with companionship and help with sporting activities, shopping, going to cafes and restaurants.
