Community Participation.

Full and effective participation within the community to enhance your physical, social, emotional and intellectual development. Assistance with personal and household tasks and, community participation and access to maintain your home and help you in your daily living.

Respite Care.

Temporary break for you and your carer which gives you the freedom to do things independently for a few hours, days or weeks. Support Coordination Connects you with the right support and services in the community and the government to maximize your NDIS Plan.

High Intensity Daily Personal Activities.

Specialised, more skilled or more experienced workers are required to deliver the support that you need.

Community Nursing Care.

Complex individual support care for behaviour support needs and medical needs such as ventilation or home enteral nutrition.

Group and Centre Based Activities.

Social inclusion and interaction programs specially designed for you to make you feel valued and comfortable in your surroundings.

Supported Independent Living.

Help with and/or supervision of daily tasks to develop the skill of living as autonomously as possible.
