Waverley Social Enterprise

Waverley Social Enterprise currently employ 330+ adults with special needs, 60+ full time and casual staff across 2 sites located in Notting Hill and Hallam. Waverley Social Enterprise is a NDIS registered provider. We provide job opportunities to adults with disabilities across our Notting Hill and Hallam sites. Our employees work in various departments, which includes packaging, gardening, catering, woodwork, warehouse and assembly.

We offer support by creating Individual Employment Plans for all our employees and regularly review these goals to ensure our employees continue to develop their skills. Our support staff hold regular monthly meetings where employees receive group based training and get the opportunity to give feedback to improve our company policies and procedures.
