My Profile

  • Capture what your life looks like now.

    Use Guide Me feature and in-app ideas to complete each of the areas in the app to build your story.

  • Tell your story once and share it with others.

    Invite your family, friends and support worker to view or add to your information.

  • Create and track your goals.

    Write your own goals or use the app’s Goal Inspiration feature (it’s aligned with the NDIS, sorted by condition and life stage and is in everyday language). When you have your plan, use the Goal section to track your progress and to prepare for your next NDIS plan meeting.

    Look over the in-app NDIS Plan Meeting Checklist and print or email your Plan Ready Summary ready for your meeting.

    Sign-up with Leap in! Plan Management and unlock the My budgets section of the app.

    Use the app to review and approve invoices and to add invoices for payment.

    Often you or a member of your crew will support more than one NDIS participant. This section shows all of the people you are linked to in the app.

  • Linked members.

    You choose who sees (or does) what. In the app, you can invite someone to see or add to each of the areas of your information: My profile, My budget, Documents.

  • You’re in control.

    You can add, stop or change the level of access for your Crew (family, friends, doctors, health professionals, people providing paid and unpaid support or other people important to you) at any time.
