Support Coordination

Bower Place Support Coordination is able to provide varying levels of coordination & transition supports for children, young people & adults, taking into consideration an individual’s circumstance & level of complexity.

Mentoring Support

Bower Place Mentoring Support provides our clients with a role model, where a relationship is able to be formed with a trained Support Worker.

Bower Place Mentors; work with clients, children, adolescents and adults to improve self-esteem, social skills and behavioural competence. Mentoring is offered from Bower Place, where visits may also take place within school environments and/or other community locations.
