Accredited personal trainer with an interest in helping NDIS clients become more active. Secondary accreditation through WeFlex (NDIS training company). Current undergrad at The University of Queensland, studying Clinical Exercise Physiology. Working through a Snap Fitness gym as a contracted PT. Currently servicing two NDIS clients.

Helping NDIS clients of all abilities become more active and able through exercise by increasing strength, fitness, and activities of daily living. I am able to do in-gym and at home fitness sessions. Willing to drive to clients if necessary. I am able to cater to a wider group through my undergrad degree, where we cover a scope of conditions. I am also a 4th year student in this Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology program.
