Specialised Disability Fitness Training

Our specialised 1:1 personal training can be NDIS funded and is always based around our members’ specific goals and needs. Each session is designed to not only improve physical fitness but also help with behavioural and communication skills.

Mobile Disability Personal Training

For those who would rather train in the comfort of their homes we offer mobile personal training, providing the equipment along with the expertise to get the results you want without the travel.

FUN-dimental Group Training Sessions

Our Saturday group sessions are designed to build fundamental movements and fitness levels, while being social and fun. These sessions also give parents and careers valuable downtime during their Saturday mornings.

Our experienced trainers build a variety of options into all classes for all ability levels to participate, succeed and get results.
