Fritz Community Care is dedicated to supporting individuals with disability. Our experienced team offers tailored services and person-centred care ranging from in-home nursing care to general assistance. Services range from 2 to 24hours. Great emphasis is placed on empowering our clients in a safe and friendly environment.

Our Nursing services include: Medication management, Wound care, Catheter management, NGT care and education, PEG feed care and education, Diabetes Management, Bowel management, Pressure injuries and skin assesments, Continence assessment and management, Provide assistance with general health and wellbeing.

Assistance with household tasks such as; House Cleaning, Laundry, Meal preparation, Yard Maintenance, Living and Community access supports include: Assist with personal hygiene, Arrange transport, Recreational activities, Attending appointments, Grocery shopping.
