Karen offers a confidential and professional counselling service. She uses many techniques including EFT and talk therapy (also known as tapping) which has proven to be an effective way in which to resolve emotional challenges. Sessions are for one hour and are face to face, phone or Zoom sessions are available depending on your preference.
