Our one on one sessions are designed to increase our ability to be present, stay connected, and learn to control our thoughts and actions. Work with horses to identify strengths and weakness within yourself that will allow the formulation of strategies to assist with behavioral change, overcome a number of emotions including anxiety , aggression, and or a lack of empathy and increase ones ability to stay focused.
Group sessions that allow for personal growth and self development in many areas including social and life skills . Interacting with horses and others allows time for introspection and self assessment and provides feedback and a chance to change and make shifts in that moment. These groups are aimed at providing space for social support and interaction within a relaxed environment . Groups can be facilitated for all ages.
Spend time exploring and learning about emotions, how to manage them, and prepare for and accept change. During equine sessions we explore concepts though our inner being , by allowing space and time for integrated learning and processing. This style of experiential learning is a strong foundation for permanent change. It is a time for introspection, relaxation and meditation to help you find the power from within you in safe non biased atmosphere.
