Rose is a Personal Trainer who specialises in Holistic Health and Wellness. As a Certified Cancer Exercise and Functional Aging Specialist with qualifications as a Brain Health trainer she uses a variety of moves including but not limited to strength training, yoga and Pilates to address muscle imbalances, the treatment and/or prevention of lymphoedema, issues with balance and /or proprioception. Rose is able to design bespoke programs based on individual clients' needs and allow you to have fun while you are exercising .
Rose strongly believes in each individual's ability to control their life. That is why she is passionate to educate, encourage, and support people of all ages to enhance food selection and timing, exercise type and timing as well as hydration, sleep, stress management and other environmental factors so you can build resilience to all major diseases.
Rose understands that most people are challenged or limited through injuries, illnesses, body size and age. Rose can meet you where you are at and take you on a journey to achieve your goals; combining functional movements with cognitive skills provide you with the skills to have freedom of choice in your daily activities.
You can work with Rose one on one or in small groups in the comfort of your own home, in the great outdoors or in her home gym.
As Rose bills her sessions at the NDIS Personal Training Rates there are no out of pocket expenses for you.
