We’ve introduced Eftsure, a trusted Australian bank account verification service, to keep your invoice payments secure.

What to expect:

  • Confirmation email. You will receive an email from Eftsure to confirm your bank account details
  • Action required. Follow the link in the email to securely confirm your details
  • One‑time process. Once confirmed, your account will be verified for all future payments, unless your bank account details change.

EFTsure is an authorised and approved partner of Leap In!. The email is legitimate and this process has been arranged and overseen by our internal finance team to enhance payment security and accuracy.

What is Saltu and how do I access it? 

Saltu is a free, easy-to-use platform that is designed to help you create, track and manage your invoices and payments with Leap in! faster and easier. 

If you’re a Leap in! provider and have received a payment from us recently, your unique Saltu sign-up link is included in your latest remittance advice email or attached PDF. Just click the link to create your account and get started.

What is the Provider Network Directory?
 

The Leap in! Provider Network Directory is a listing of providers that helps connect our members with the support, services, and products they need in their local area. 

Where do I send my invoices?

You can create and submit invoices using our free provider platform, Saltu.  

Alternatively, all invoices can be sent to [email protected].

How do I find a provider in my area?

Our plan managers here at Leap in! HQ provide great advice and connections for providers in your area, or you can take a look at our new Provider Network Directory to find the right organisation to suit your needs.
