The new Leap in! website has landed!

We’ve been listening to your feedback and have been working in the background to create a website which has a more user friendly experience on desktop, tablets and mobile.

You’ll now find important information and popular content is easier to locate, our News section has been enhanced and the Provider Network directory is bigger and better than ever.

Take a look at the main features below.

New design.

There’s a fresh new design with easy navigation and quick access to the latest information and insights from our specialist team.

Use the purple main menu to:

• Find out more about plan management
• Learn more about the NDIS
• Get links to the Leap in! app
• Access resources such as our ebook series
• Get the latest NDIS and other news
• Contact us.

Accessibility features.

Customise the site to suit your needs by clicking or tapping on the red accessibility button on the right, which appears on every page.

A box will pop up with an Accessibility Menu that looks like this:

You can choose the adjustable features that meet your needs.

It’s now easier to access our most popular content.

The five buttons on the home page are quick links that take you direct to this content.

Use the site search to quickly find what you’re after.

1. Click on the magnifying glass to the right of the main menu. Answer the question “What are you searching for?” by typing the answer into the yellow box.

2. Select from the dropdown list.

3. Or hit return/enter on your keyboard to view a full list.

You’ve told us that you value and trust the insights and updates from our team. There are hundreds of stories in our news archives including useful information about the NDIS and insights from our plan managers.

We have enhanced the News section and it’s now easier to find, search and filter. Here you’ll find:

2. Click “Search” to see all the stories about that topic.
