Disability charity ranks in two Deloitte Tech Fast 50 Awards.

Australia’s leading NDIS plan manager Leap in! has ranked in two categories of the coveted Deloitte Tech Fast 50 Awards, including #4 in the female leadership category.

Co-founder and Executive Chair, Robyn Batten has been recognised for her role in building the not-for-profit from the ground up and helping thousands of people with a disability live their best life by getting the most out of their NDIS Plans.

For three decades Robyn has successfully led some of Australia’s most reputable health and aged care organisations.

Leap in! was also ranked in the Tech Fast 50 – coming in at #17.

CEO and fellow Co-founder Andrew Kiel says, “We applaud Robyn and celebrate her outstanding achievement to be recognised in this prestigious category.

“Leap in! was built on Robyn’s vision for leveraging technology to help NDIS participants get the supports they want, when and where they want them so they can live their best life. This vision still sets the tone for the whole team at Leap in! and we are so proud of her achievement!”

Now in its twenty-first year in Australia, the award ranks the 50 fastest growing public or private technology companies, based on percentage revenue growth over three years (2019 to 2021).

This top 20 ranking puts Leap in! alongside some of the best and brightest in Australia including Seek, realestate.com, ninemsn, Afterpay and Menulog to name a few.

With record nominations and record growth across the board, Tech Fast 50 2021 tells the story of the acceleration of digitisation brought forward by COVID-19 and the success of the technology sector in riding that wave.

Leap in! has already been nationally recognised for its work, being named as one of AFR’s most innovative companies, being awarded an Outstanding Achievement in the Australian Charity Awards, and for its contribution to Australia’s ICT sector as finalist in two categories of the Australian Digital Disruptors Awards.
