Leap in! named finalist at 2025 Australian Service Excellence Awards.

We’re proud to share that Leap in! has been recognised as a finalist in the Customer Service Organisation of the Year – Medium category at the 2025 Australian Service Excellence Awards (ASEA).

Run by the Customer Service Institute of Australia, the ASEAs celebrate organisations that go above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

At Leap in! we believe great service is grounded in real understanding. Many of our plan managers have lived experience of disability, which shapes the way we support our Members – with empathy, expertise and a focus on what matters most.
